Responsibilities include:Supporting Financial Advisors across both teams in managing and growing relationships with multigenerational familiesPreparing financial planning analyses account documentation and client meeting materialsCoordinating onboarding and service for new and existing accounts ensuring operational excellenceAssisting with the implementation of portfolio strategies and wealth planning initiativesManaging client communications scheduling and proactive follow-upUtilizing firm technology to streamline processes and respond quickly to client and advisor requestsProviding excellent telephone and written communication ensuring prompt accurate and professional serviceWhat Were Looking For1 year of industry experience preferred; Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) registration a plusStrong ethical standards high attention to detail and a client-first mindsetExceptional customer service and relationship-building skillsClear and effective verbal and written communication abilitiesOrganized and proactive able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environmentInterest in advanced financial planning wealth transfer and family governanceCollaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a high-performing team environmentIdeally located within about 40 minutes of Mystic Connecticut or willing to relocate to support close collaboration with our team and clientsGrowth & OpportunityWe invest heavily in our people.
