Job Summary

Lightly AG is an ETH and HSG spin-off pioneering in machine learning and computer vision. Backed by Y Combinator and top-tier investors our technology is used by global leaders in autonomous driving medical imaging and visual inspection.

With a small but sharp team in Zurich were looking for analytical and driven Engineering Professionals to help us create tasks that replicate E2E Engineering Workflows.

The minimum expected time commitment for this position is 10 hours/week.

We are agnostic to the area of Engineering youre an expert of.

Tasks

Create tasks that replicate E2E sales workflows:

Create / acquire any necessary data required for the workflow;
Create tasks decision points within the workflow;
Provide the solution to each decision point accompanied by a justification for that solution;

Requirements

Youre a strong candidate if you:

Have at least 2-3 years of recent experience working at top companies with established Engineering processes
Are fluent in English (requirement)
Have strong analytical and quantitative skills
Communicate clearly and precisely
Daily experience using LLMs
Daily experience with Engineering software
