What Youll Do:

Provide comprehensive medical surgical and dental care for a variety of patients including dogs cats and exotic animals (small mammals reptiles birds etc.).
Diagnose and treat illnesses perform routine and complex surgeries and ensure top-tier patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a team of 12 dedicated professionals including experienced technicians and support staff.
Educate pet owners on preventative care treatment plans and post-surgical care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with veterinary standards.

What Were Looking For:

DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Pennsylvania.
Experience working with both small and exotic animals is preferred.
Must be comfortable performing surgeries (spays neuters soft tissue etc.).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client communication and team collaboration abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $100K $125K Production Incentives
