Job Summary

8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 5 years dedicated to BMC Helix Discovery.
Strong expertise in Discovery patterns CMDB integration and service modeling.
Hands on experience with Windows Linux/Unix and network device discovery.
Knowledge of databases (Oracle SQL etc.) and application discovery.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) discovery capabilities.
Proficiency in scripting (Python Shell PowerShell) for automation and customization.
Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM/ITOM tool integration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in enterprise environments.

Good to Have

Exposure to BMC Helix ITSM Remedy or Atrium CMDB.
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB integration.
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks related to asset discovery.
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes).
