Supervising Associate Japan BMC Creative Services
Overview
Responsible for managing Creative Services Branding and Digital Marketing operations for EY Japan. Lead multi disciplinary teams oversee project delivery ensure EY brand compliance and engage directly with Japanese stakeholders. Requires strong project management expertise and advanced Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3).
Key Responsibilities
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Creative Services and Digital Marketing workstreams supporting the Japan market.
- Lead project planning budgeting timelines and risk management across multiple parallel projects.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings in Japanese and English to discuss deliverables expectations and schedules.
- Manage escalations ensure quality standards and maintain alignment with EY brand compliance and risk guidelines.
- Track KPIs forecast resource needs and perform regular performance reviews for team members.
- Drive creative quality brand consistency and timely execution.
- Provide Japanese - English translation support for creative assets and communications.
Skills & Attributes
- Advanced Japanese language skills (JLPT N3 or higher) excellent reading writing and speaking.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills in a global fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence negotiate and collaborate effectively.
- Detail oriented analytical and highly organized with a customer centric mindset.
- Knowledge of branding creative workflows digital marketing processes and emerging AI tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite MS Office AEM SharePoint and multimedia tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business marketing design or a related field.
- 6 years of relevant experience with global operations or creative/digital delivery (team management required).
- Experience working with Japan market stakeholders is highly preferred.
