Job Summary

Title: Superintendent Drywall
Location: Miami FL
Job Types: Full-time

About Firm:
We specialize in interior and exterior build-outs including metal framing drywall installation sheathing insulation specialty ceilings and finishes. Our projects include restaurants offices residential and retail spaces throughout Miami-Dade Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience of commercial construction field experience
Read and understand blueprints
Ability to read and interpret drawings scopes and layout projects.
Ensuring work is performed in accordance with contract documents plans and specifications
Partnering with Project Managers and On-Site Superintendent on scheduling cost control and reporting
Mentoring foreman and field staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Proven experience leading complex commercial job site
Manage field staff to ensure quality and productivity on projects
Document jobsite daily progress on Buildertrend and Procore
Keep construction on schedule
Encourage safe work practices and promote job site safety
Ability to plan ahead solve problems in real time and keep teams aligned

Schedule:
10 hour shift (if needed)
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
