Job Summary

At TemperaturePro we keep homes and businesses comfortable year round and were building the technology that makes that happen smarter faster and more reliable. Were looking for a backend developer who enjoys solving real world problems and wants to see their code directly impact customers and technicians in the field.

Youll help power the systems behind scheduling dispatch customer experience and smart HVAC services. That means building and improving APIs working with data and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Some of your day-to-day might include:

Designing and building backend services and APIs

Improving performance reliability and scalability of our systems

Working closely with frontend developers product and operations teams

Integrating with third-party services (payments IoT devices scheduling tools)

Troubleshooting issues and continuously improving our platform

What Were Looking For

We care more about how you think and build than checking every boxbut heres a general idea:

Experience building backend systems ( Python Java or similar)

Comfortable working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)

Familiar with REST APIs and modern web architecture

You write clean maintainable code and care about performance

Youre curious collaborative and like solving problems that actually matter
