Summary:

• Apply an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to plan design develop and verify balanced systems of systems and system solutions across the full lifecycle

• Define system performance requirements and integrate technical parameters

• Ensure compatibility of physical functional and program interfaces to optimize overall system and system-of-systems architectures

• Perform specialty engineering analyses to support trade studies and architecture decisions including:

  • Affordability

  • Safety

  • Reliability Maintainability and Testability

  • Human Systems Integration (HSI)

  • Survivability Vulnerability and Susceptibility

  • System Security

  • Regulatory compliance certification and product assurance

• Develop preferred system configurations that ensure mission success and operational effectiveness

• Support verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with requirements

• Collaborate across engineering disciplines programs and stakeholders throughout development

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology) Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science or Computer Science

• 9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo or other SysML-compatible modeling tools

• Experience and domain knowledge in system architecture requirements development interface definition verification and validation

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
