Role Descriptions:
10 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM (SaaS or Managed environment).Strong understanding of observability pillars metrics logs traces knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) andor configuring dashboards alerts tagging rules management zones and understanding of microservices distributed systems APIs and application performance with automationscripting tools (Python Bash PowerShell YAML).Familiarity with CICD tools (Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions GitLab).Preferred QualificationsDynatrace Certifications (Associate Professional or extensions in APMCloudKubernetes).Experience with Monaco Dynatrace GrailLogs or Open to SRE practices chaos engineering or performance integrating Dynatrace with tools such as oServiceNow PagerDuty Splunk Prometheus Grafana of network monitoring and synthetic ResponsibilitiesDynatrace Platform OwnershipAdminister and maintain the Dynatrace platform including upgrades configurations integrations and and manage OneAgents and ActiveGates across cloud on premise and containerized environments (KubernetesOpenShift).Build and manage dashboards alerts SLOs custom events tagging rules and management APM EngineeringImplement end-to-end monitoring for applications APIs infrastructure logs and user distributed tracing service flow mapping synthetic monitoring and automated instrumentation strategies for microservices serverless functions and container Reliability EngineeringAnalyze application performance latency bottlenecks and error trends using Davis AI with application teams to drive performance tuning and root-cause SLOsSLIs aligned with business KPIs and reliability AutomationIntegrate Dynatrace with CICD pipelines ITSM tools logging platforms and event management automation scripts (PowerShell Bash Python Ansible etc.) to streamline deployments and observability-as-code using Dynatrace Monitoring-as-Code (Monaco) or Management ReportingProvide observability insights during major incidents and post-incident reports and analytics that highlight trends improvements and system as a SME for monitoring strategies and observability best SkillsStrong analytical and problem solving communication skills comfortable interfacing with technical and business to work in fast-paced environments and drive technical mindset with a desire to improve systems continuously.
Essential Skills: We are seeking skilled Dynatrace Observability Engineer to design implement and optimize our enterprise observability this role you will leverage Dynatraces APM Infrastructure Monitoring RUM and Davis AI capabilities to ensure endtoend visibility system reliability performance optimization and proactive incident detection across our hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud will collaborate with application teams SREs DevOps Cloud Engineering and business stakeholders to build scalable observability solutions that enable faster troubleshooting improved customer experience and data-driven decisions.
