Location: Adelaide CBD SA
Company: BGIS Operations Centre
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Shift Structure: Monday to Friday 6:00am 2:00pm 37.5 hours per week
Salary: $61000 plus superannuation

Purpose of the Role

BGIS is seeking an experienced Workflow Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Adelaide Operations Centre ensuring workflows run smoothly across multiple systems and platforms. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will support Customer Service Officers act as a key escalation point and work collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders to maintain service levels drive efficiency and deliver strong customer outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure highly organised and enjoys helping others succeed. You will bring a solutions-focused mindset strong communication skills and the ability to navigate grey areas with sound judgement and common sense.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage workflow across platforms including Ignite Outlook and Manhattan
  • Support rostering requirements in partnership with team managers
  • Act as first escalation point for Customer Service Officers and management queries
  • Track overtime and monitor call service levels to protect KPIs and minimise abatements
  • Take calls process emails and step in operationally as required
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimise service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with BGIS systems (QMS OH&S EMS) and relevant legislation
  • Provide daily updates and reporting inputs to leadership
  • Build strong working relationships with clients subcontractors and internal teams
  • Lead team communication updates via LivePro and foster an engaged supportive team culture

Education Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in a call centre operations centre or workflow coordination role
  • Strong ability to prioritise multitask and adapt effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Word Excel and Outlook
  • Experience (or strong aptitude) with CMMS or similar workflow systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm methodical and well-organised approach to work
  • Confidence to make independent decisions while knowing when to seek guidance
  • Commitment to teamwork integrity and continuous improvement

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in facilities management logistics or service operations
  • Exposure to service delivery KPIs rostering or performance monitoring
  • Familiarity with LivePro or similar communication platforms

Workplace Flexibility

This is a hybrid role based in our Adelaide CBD office just steps from public transport and local amenities. You will work Monday to Friday 6:00am 2:00pm (37.5 hours per week) with three days in-office and two days from home.
