Job Summary
PAY: Hourly DOE
LOCATION: San Leandro/Hayward CA
- Monitor job file status
- Allocate Company Resources to keep projects moving until completion
- Maintain internal and external communications
- Communicate with Team Members and Customers
- 2 years of administrative or office related experience
- Restoration service industry experience a plus.
- Prior logistical experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
- Ability to actively listen respectfully question show empathy and resolve conflict all while maintaining a teamwork attitude
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook Word Excel).
- Ability to learn new and proprietary software.
- Minimum education High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
