Job Summary
岗位职责
1. 协助团队落实反洗钱AML反恐融资客户身份识别KYCFATCA/CRS 等合规要求在运营相关流程中的执行
2. 支持收集和整理保险监管政策信息协助跟踪相关政策在运营环节的落地情况
3. 协助组织并参与面向运营团队的合规与风险意识培训材料准备及宣导活动
4. 在指导下完成反洗钱反欺诈等日常基础性工作如数据整理初步筛查文档归档等
5. 协助维护关键风险指标KRI数据支持日常运营风险监控及合规类报告的基础数据整理工作
6. 配合完成内外部审计监管检查自评估项目及系统优化等专项工作的支持性任务
7. 协助处理与运营相关的客户信息管理及流程支持工作

4. 2025年或2026年应届毕业生专业不限金融法律经济管理数学统计信息技术等相关专业优先
5. 具备优秀的商务英语读写能力能阅读英文政策或材料者优先
6. 具有数字化思维对数据敏感熟悉Office办公软件ExcelPPT等
7. 具备客户服务意识愿意从一线支持工作做起逐步成长为专业人才
