Meaningful workyoullbe part of

AsSAP SuccessFactors Manageryoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve business issues deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needsDesign confi

  • gure and document SAP SuccessFactorsmodulesbased on business requirements

  • Buildoperate andmaintainend-to-end solutions using SAP BTPincluding backend services and APIs and ensurealignment with business requirements

  • Assistin developing functionalspecificationfor developments

  • Assistingin testing process (developing andmaintainingtest scripts and scenarios)in order todiscover errors and issues in business processesdocumentationor users lack of experience

  • Assistingin application support systemtestingandtraining ofend users

  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and integrate SAP BTP solutions seamlessly

  • Create Integration Design Documents (IDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented

  • Work with the cloud implementationmethodologyand project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations)

  • Lead team of onshore or offshore developers and functional team members

Experiences and skillsyoulluse to solve

  • SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience; Employee Central preferred

  • Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactorsEmployee Centraland othermodules

  • Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations

  • Ability to provide feedback and clear recommendations in technical landscapes

  • Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships withclientsinterpersonal skills andableto work as a team

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project

  • At least 4yearshands on experience in using CPI to design and build A2A(application to application) B2B (Business-to-Business) integrations preferably in SuccessFactors and SAP HR (Human Resources) domain

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differencesdevelopingand coaching diverse teams and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

  • A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect toSAPson premise and cloud technology solutions

  • Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes andexpertiseworking in different industriesand proven experience asaSAP developer with knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and technologies

  • Experience leadingclient workshops andteams in SAP SuccessFactorsEmployee Centralprojectsand creation of documentation and training materialsand knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users

The salary range for this position is $112400 - $162400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
