Create impact and join us as the Head of Commodities Product Implementation within Westpac Institutional Banks Commodities Trade & Transition (CTT) business.

Whats the role

As the Head of Commodities Product Implementation you will own and lead the endtoend implementation of commodities products and product changes across CTT. Youll ensure all initiatives are built tested and implemented safely compliantly and with full operational readiness.

You will coordinate delivery across technology build and testing product and clientready collateral operational process design training and golive readiness ensuring every implementation has the right evidence governance and controls embedded.

The role will also support commodities platform implementation configuration and migration activities where required.

This is a highimpact leadership role that sits at the centre of product delivery technology risk and operational execution across the commodities business.

This is a permanent fulltime Sydneybased role giving you the opportunity to shape the delivery of Westpacs marketleading commodities product capability.

What do I need

  • Experience leading endtoend product implementation for traded or institutional banking products ideally in commodities.
  • Strong understanding of technology build testing controls confirmation and operational readiness for golive.
  • Proven ability to lead complex crossfunctional delivery and secure timely signoffs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with product/platform configuration or migration programs in commodities or carbon markets.
  • Strong governance discipline communication skills and confidence operating in senior forums.
