Your role as aRegional Manager willbe responsible forthe overall performance of your region with a focus on building on the success of your retail team and in turn of Bendigo Bank in the area. A highly collaborative role working in partnership with the state leadership team Community Bank boards and other key stakeholders.

In this dynamic and high-impact roleyoullmake your mark by:

  • Coaching and developing leadership competencies in the branch leaders across your region.
  • Guiding our branch leaders to shape and enhance their strategies for optimising profitability community connection and delivering an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the state strategic plan.
  • Overseeing performance and understanding the individual needs of your branches which are made up ofvarious sizes maturitystructuresand communities.
  • Being a lifelong learner. Bring your brilliant mind andwellhelp you take your career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.

This is a permanent full-time positionlocatedin theSouth West GippslandregionofVictoria covering branches as far North as Drouin down to Wonthaggi and Foster and as far West as Cowes and Grantville across to Mirboo North and Toora (and those in-between). Travel in regional Victoria isrequiredfor this role.

Whatyoullbring to the role

To succeed in this roleyoullinfluence the growth and development of our branches and staff within our you to have:

  • People leadership with the ability to develop coach and manage performance
  • Strong communicationskills to deliver clear expectationsacross the region
  • Proven sales leadership through implementing strategy to drive business
  • Effective and influential presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience in building a strategic plan for the market
  • Strong relationship management with ability to effectively network and engage with your community and partners
  • Understanding offinancial management businessacumenand risk framework
  • Experience inretailbanking (essential)
  • Experience working with a board (desirable but not essential)
