Sun State International Trucks is seeking experienced Diesel Technicians to join our growing team in Sarasota FL. If youre skilled in major repairs engine diagnostics and electrical systems we want to hear from you!

Required Education Licenses & Skills:

Class A Technicians preferred (Class B will be considered)
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of diesel mechanic experience
Ability to perform diagnostics independently or with little to no assistance
Experience working on all makes including:

International Volvo Mack Peterbilt Kenworth Freightliner Hino
Cummins Paccar Detroit Volvo CAT International Engines
Allison and Eaton Transmissions
Emission and After treatment Systems

Valid Drivers License
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position

Regularly required to stand walk sit use hands and fingers
Frequent stooping crouching and kneeling

Work environment includes a well-lighted shop with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions
