Job Summary

The Snack Shop Manager is responsible for oversight of the snack shop where ice cream sodas snacks and some hot foods are prepared and served to campers guests and staff. Snack Shop Manager is a year-round position that is full-time in the summer and part-time the rest of the year.

Prerequisites:

Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity to lead self and others.
Must affirm live and model Spruce Lake Ministries mission vision statement of faith and core values.
Must have a teachable spirit team-player attitude and servant heart.
Conducts him/herself in a manner that is above reproach.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Leadership and supervisory skills
Motivated detail oriented and organized.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic math and computer skills.
At least 21 years of age or greater.
