What you will need:
- Minimum: BSN; or ADN with BSN to be obtained within 4 years of hire
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
- Preferred: Certification in Case Management or other related professional certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Case Management experience in an acute care hospital
- Preferred: 5 years of Case Management experience
What you will work:
- day shift
- per diem
- The requirements include 16 hours/per month. Some weekend requirements (approx 3-4/year). Holiday requirement will be one holiday per year.
