We are seeking an Adoption Officer to work 25 hours per week in the Adoptions Team of the National Records of Scotland (NRS) providing support to adoptees in accessing information and records as well as offering face to face assistance. As part of a collaborative team you will help adoptees and representatives retrieve adoption-related information manage and store records and ensure compliance with document security procedures.
We are a small friendly team responsible for registering all the adoption and parental court orders received from Scottish Courts. You will work confidently on your own and collaboratively as part of the team producing highly accurate work.

If invited for further assessment this will consist of an interview and a short 5 minute presentation.
