The Role:

As a Night Auditor you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of hotel accounts and delivering outstanding guest service during the night shift.

You will be a primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours managing front desk operations handling financial reconciliations and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of hotel accounts reconciling all revenue transactions and reports accurately.
Ensure the integrity of the hotels financial records and prepare reports for management review.
Check-in and check-out guests during overnight hours providing exceptional guest service.
Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor hotel security and safety procedures throughout the night shift.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and communications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and assist with any urgent matters.
Assisting with luggage and transport
Assisting with Food and Beverage operations including room service.

About You:

Previous experience in hotel front office accounting or audit preferred.
Familiar with hotel systems example Opera Cloud POS
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
Proactive solution-oriented and able to respond calmly to unexpected situations.
