We are looking for: Sterile Processing Veterinary Assistant

Schedule: Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday 9a-7p

TheSterile Processing Assistantperformsdecontamination preparation sterilizationand distribution ofinstrumentationand medical equipmentfor surgeries and proceduresutilizinginfection control and safety practices during all phases of the process.

Whatyoulldo:

Maintainingproper sterile technique

Proactive distribution of all necessary equipment and instrumentation for surgeries and procedures

Collecting used and contaminated equipment instruments and suppliesfor sorting and decontamination

Accurately handleand carefor instruments includingappropriate selectionof cleaning agents lubricants examination for function identification and assembly

Preparing and packing decontaminated supplies for sterilization

Operationmaintenance and troubleshootingof sterilization equipment

Assembling disassembling and disinfecting operating and procedure rooms

Who you are:

Minimum 2-year veterinary experience preferred

Strong attention to detail.

Effectivecommunicationand organizationalskills.

Ability to prioritize timemanage andcritically think.

Capability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
