Location:Bend Oregon (On-Site)
Schedule:10-16 hours/week; 4-5 days/week; includes weekends
Salary:$78-85/hr (DOE)

Located in Bend Oregon our residential treatment facility supports youth aged 10-17 struggling with behavioral health and mental health challenges. Our home-style environment emphasizes community connection emotional safety and interpersonal growth.
Embark Behavioral Health is nationwide network of behavioral health programs offering a full continuum of care for adolescents. Our programs span residential treatment centers outpatient clinics and moreeach committed to innovative evidence-based treatment that transforms lives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions for adolescents.
- Integrate experiential or specialty modalities when appropriate.
- Maintain timely accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulations.
- Uphold ethical guidelines and standards of professional conduct.
- Provide individual or family therapy coverage as needed.
- Opportunity to provide parent coaching
Qualifications
- Independent clinical license in Oregon(LMFT LCSW LISW LCPC LPCC LPC PsyD or PhD).
- Strong understanding of ethical standards and boundaries.
- Experience and passion for working with adolescents.
- Ability to navigate basic computer programs and electronic documentation.
- Must pass drug screening background check and TB test.
- Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
