Your Role as an LPN/LVN:
Direct Patient Care: Administer medications assist with daily activities monitor vitals and provide wound care.
Medication Administration: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside RNs physicians and other healthcare professionals to create the best patient outcomes.
Record-Keeping: Accurately document patient care in compliance with HIPAA.
What Youll Bring:
Education & Licensure: Active LPN/LVN license in Oregon and completion of an accredited program.
Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing rehabilitation or similar settings.
Certifications: OR IV Certified and current CPR certification.
Physical Ability: Capacity to assist with patient mobility lift up to 30 lbs and move medical equipment.
