Vitality Living is currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success.
As Sales Director you will:
- Manage sales metrics such as calls appointments tours closing sales (deposits) and move-ins.
- Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.
- Conduct virtual and in-person tours of community for professionals and community influencers.
- Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources
- Report out on sales marketing and occupancy activity as well as maintaining an up to date CRM database.

- Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Administration or related field;Mastersdegree is a plus.
- 3 years of successful sales and leasing experience preferably in senior living withdemonstratedability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Expertiseinsales strategy executionand lead management with a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and competitive analysis tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities including customer relationship management team training and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated traits of accountability meeting high expectations confidence goal-orientation and a desire to succeed.
- Sales skills including persuasiveness customer service active listening and adherence to the companys sales sysexperience in leasing and sales with senior housing experienced preferred.
- Strong English language written and verbal communication skills with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
- Strong computer skills including experience with a CRM.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver license and have access to a car ability to do outreach appointments.
