An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HSE Governance Risk and Assurance Lead to join the HSE Compliance Team in Derby.
Rolls-Royce Group HSE supports the Business in driving down risk to people & the environment through a regional and divisional support model. Acting as the conscience for the function the role of the Compliance team is to helpensure the HSE Function delivers what we say we will when we say we willand that we do this effectively efficiently and to a high standard.
The HSE Compliance team oversees the delivery of effective timely and professional support to the Divisions & Functions and drives functional compliance to HSE governance risk assurance reporting and investigation requirements.
To facilitate this the HSE Compliance team maintains robust governance and assurance processes leads on setting policy and strategic direction for HSE improvement target setting performance monitoring and reporting.

As HSE Governance Risk and Assurance Lead you will take the lead in the planning facilitation and documentation of critical HSE Governance & Assurance meetings:
