Full-Time On-site Position Contingent Upon Award
Join Synertex LLC and lead high-performing technical teams supporting a mission-critical government program. We are seeking a Team Lead to provide senior-level technical and operational leadership across software development AI/ML systems and application operations management. This role ensures effective execution of team-specific requirements while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives and government mission needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide senior-level leadership and oversight for assigned technical teams ensuring successful execution of software development AI/ML or application operations requirements.
Lead day-to-day technical and operational activities coordinating resources priorities and deliverables across the team.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for team-specific requirements collaborating closely with program leadership and government stakeholders.
Guide system development deployment and sustainment activities in accordance with security performance and operational standards.
Support application operations management including system monitoring maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify technical and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity and system reliability.
Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of technical excellence accountability and collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles supporting software development AI/ML systems or application operations.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: software engineering AI/ML systems or application operations management.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
U.S. Citizenship required for classified work.
