Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a family-owned independent agency with a laid-back and supportive culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management a passion for providing exceptional service and the ability to manage a book of business effectively.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60000 - $70000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of 50-60 small market accounts (account sizes ranging from $10000 to $100000).
- Provide end-to-end account management including quoting new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Preferred Experience: 5 years in commercial lines account management.
- Licenses/Designations: P8C license required.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment.
