Plant Manager / Operations DirectorLead. Transform. you a handson manufacturing leader who thrives in a Lean environment leads from the floor and knows how to deliver results through people Were looking for a Plant Manager / Operations Director to lead our Oshkosh manufacturing site through its next phase of growth and continuous is a senior leadership role with full accountability for safety food safety quality people performance and cultureand the opportunity to make a visible lasting This Role MattersAs Plant Manager you will own the entire manufacturing operation guiding teams through Lean transformation to build a safe efficient and resilient production system.
