Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Maine.
- Previous case management or nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable transportation to visit patients in Waterboro ME area.
