Were seeking an empathetic and dedicated Clinical Director to provide leadership and clinical oversight for our VA REACH team in Charlottesville VA.
Your Role in Our Mission
The REACH Clinical Director serves as a leader providing clinical oversight for REACH staff (Team Leads and Clinical Specialists) and program operations including Mobile Response Prevention and Residential services. The Clinical Director collaborates with program leaders and community partners to address clinical needs improve crisis prevention and support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health challenges. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments developing and monitoring Behavioral Support Plans facilitating community trainings and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What Were Looking For
- Education: Minimum of a masters degree in a human services field from an accredited university and licensed as a LPC LCSW LMFT or certification as a BCBA.
- Or Current license as a Clinical Psychologist by the Virginia Psychology Board
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities including programming for individuals with significant behavioral needs and developing behavioral support plans
- Proficiency with EHR systems and technically savvy.
- Valid drivers license good driving record and current auto insurance
