What Youll Do
Project Coordination:Support the execution of marketing projects including advertising campaigns and segment-specific initiatives.
DesignSupport:Coordinate creativecontent andmanage legal and compliance approvals.
CRM Campaign Support:Partner with team members to execute CRM campaigns using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring accurate targeting and timely delivery.
Event Planning & Execution: Assist with planning and coordinating logistics for regional wealth events and client programs ensuring smooth execution and alignment with marketing goals.
Reporting & Tracking: Compile project results and performance metrics to help measure impact and inform future strategies.
StakeholderCollaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment with brand standards.
What You Bring
2years of experience in marketing coordination project management orrelatedrole.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfort working with agencies and navigating legal/compliance review processes.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
A proactive team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

$57500.00 - $106500.00Pay Type:
SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
