Are you a new or seasoned LPN with a passion for mental health looking for a full-time role At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton VA.
Schedule Options:
Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm
Monday - Friday 11pm-7am
Your Role in Our Mission
Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols
Conduct nursing assessments
Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated person-centered care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations
Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service

- Competitive rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour for this full time non-exempt position

What Were Looking For
- Licensure: Current valid unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and documentation
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
- Transportation: A valid drivers license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
