Working Student Program Management (all genders)

• Support the setup and execution of Impossible Founders incubator and accelerator programs
• Scout and engage promising DeepTech teams (Inbound & Outbound) including university spinoffs and early stage Start Ups
• Act as a first point of contact for Start Ups reaching out to Impossible Founders
• Support the evaluation of program applications by researching teams technologies use cases and readiness
• Prepare concise summaries and insights to support internal screening and decision-making
• Coordinate communication and follow-ups with startups and ecosystem partner (e.g. universities research institutions)
• Maintain high data quality in our CRM Hubspot and shared documentation
• Represent Impossible Founders at selected ecosystem events like our demo day
• Occasionally support tasks such as event preparation presentations or communication

• Enrolled student ideally in engineering natural sciences computer science or business with strong tech interest
• Genuine DeepTech curiosity
• Confident with using Microsoft Office
• Fluency in German and English
• confident communicator: You enjoy approaching people asking smart questions and creating founder-friendly interactions
• highly structured and reliable: You track details keep systems clean and follow through
