The Role Your Passion

• You take independent responsibility for projects to make our operational processes even better.

• In doing so you coordinate project teams and help them find suitable solutions using data-based analyses.

• Right from the development stage you think about subsequent measurability together with our Data & Analytics team you define the right KPIs.

• You use analyses whether self-generated or requested to build business cases and make well-founded decisions.

• When questions about existing processes arise you are the primary contact person you take care of smaller adjustments directly yourself.

• You ensure that affected colleagues are informed and involved at an early stage when changes occur.

• You actively contribute your ideas and put them into practice independently with a high level of initiative and a sense for innovation.

• In doing so you place a strong focus on identifying and prioritizing use cases for AI-supported automation and implement these end-to-end in our operational processes.

• You ensure that AI automations are measurable scalable and anchored in everyday operational life.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• You have experience in thoughtfully designing projects and successfully implementing them step by step.

• You enjoy thinking analytically and strategically this is how you find a clear path even in tricky situations.

• Complex topics do not scare you on the contrary you find it exciting to dive in and develop solutions.

• You have a good sense for people and manage to inspire others for new ideas and changes.

• You communicate openly and directly and take responsibility without letting others off the hook.

• You are interested in innovation and technology and enjoy discovering and thinking ahead.

• You have a strong interest in AI & automation and ideally initial practical experience with corresponding tools and methods (e.g. workflow automation LLM applications prompting).

• You can evaluate the benefits of automation via business cases and KPIs and translate them into implementation.
