Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a Stop Work and Quality Concerns Culture Champion promoting a proactive quality-first mindset across operations.
Govern cell training and competency ensuring personnel are trained assessed and compliant with defined standards.
Provide embedded quality support including follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
Track and report NCs defects and quote status ensuring timely closure and visibility.
Lead and participate in perfection reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure full compliance with QA32 requirements.
Ensure adherence to SmartShop system compliance and effective usage.
Perform roaming layer process reviews to verify process discipline and standard work adherence.
Support quality defect investigations including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Ensure manufacturing data integrity accuracy and traceability across systems.
Drive and implement quality improvement projects aligned with business and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline OR
Higher NITEC or equivalent in Manufacturing/Engineering with a proven supervisory track record.
Minimum 3 years experience performing quality-related tasks within a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Assurance tools and processes (e.g. root cause analysis CAPA audits).
