Supervisor (Building Trade)
- Report to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager regarding site issues.
- Monitor Minor Works and A&A projects in progress ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
- Coordinate closely with Minor Works/A&A project teams and maintenance operations teams.
- Liaise with project officers subcontractors and in-house workers on the daily progress of work activities procurement and operations to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage staff deployment for Minor Works/A&A projects and handle necessary administrative tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises facilities and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Analyze manage and mitigate risks associated with projects and site operations.
- Prepare quotations and costing for Minor Works/A&A projects.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec (or equivalent) in Building Civil Facilities Maintenance or a related field
- For NTS -Core Trade or Multi-Skilledcertification holder otherwise witha minimum of 4 years of experiencein theconstruction industry
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the facilities management/building maintenance industry
- Good communication skills positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
- Hardworking and able to multi-task
- Have good documentation practice
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
