Job Summary

Job Description:

The Junior Executive will assist in the day-to-day operations of the fabrication plant ensuring smooth production processes maintaining quality standards and supporting management in operational and administrative tasks. This role requires attention to detail strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and monitoring production schedules to meet targets.
Ensure quality control of fabricated components according to standards.
Support inventory management including materials tools and finished goods.
Monitor shop floor operations and coordinate with supervisors and technicians.
Maintain safety compliance by enforcing workplace safety guidelines.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare reports and documentation related to production inventory and quality.
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations.
Assist in CNC and other machinery operations under supervision if required.
Support the management team in administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
02 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Knowledge of fabrication processes machinery and safety standards.
Good analytical organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic production needs.
