Member of the Haglöfs Leadership Team

As we continue to elevate our brand globally we are now looking for a Global Director of Wholesale to define and lead our worldwide wholesale strategy ensuring Haglöfs shows up in the right places with the right partners in the right way.
This role reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the Haglöfs Leadership Team playing a central role in shaping the companys overall commercial strategy brand direction and long-term growth.
Mission
As Global Director of Wholesale you are the owner of Haglöfs global wholesale agenda and a core contributor to company-wide decision-making. Your mission is to build a selective premium and consumer-relevant wholesale ecosystem that strengthens brand equity while delivering sustainable commercial results.
As part of the Leadership Team you contribute beyond your functional scope bringing a holistic enterprise-wide perspective and actively shaping Haglöfs strategic priorities together with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Global Wholesale Strategy & Distribution
- Define and lead Haglöfs global wholesale strategy including distribution vision partner segmentation and long-term growth model.
- Build and govern a selective premium distribution framework that protects brand value and pricing integrity.
- Set global standards for trade terms discount structures brand presentation and partner governance.
- Drive global GTM alignment across Product Merchandising Marketing DTC and regional sales.
Partner & Market Leadership
- Build long-term strategic relationships with global key accounts and priority partners.
- Oversee distributors and agents globally including appointment performance management and transitions.
- Ensure partners deliver best-in-class brand presentation storytelling and consumer experience.
- Establish global frameworks for forecasting order planning allocation and in-season management.
Brand Elevation through Wholesale
- Ensure wholesale environments consistently reflect Haglöfs premium positioning.
- Align brand campaigns and seasonal priorities with Marketing and DTC across all partner touchpoints.
- Protect brand perception through disciplined door strategy pricing governance and distribution control.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Own global wholesale sales targets margin performance and profitability.
- Develop scalable sales processes systems and analytics to support forecasting accuracy and service levels.
- Lead global performance reviews and strategic planning across regions and markets.
Leadership & Organizational Impact
- Be an active and influential member of the Haglöfs Leadership Team contributing to company-wide strategy governance and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global wholesale organization across regions.
- Act as a strong commercial leader and sparring partner to peers across Product Brand DTC Operations and Finance.
- Provide clarity direction and inspiration to senior leaders regional teams and key partners.
