Job Summary
Purpose: To provide customer service and assist fans with our ticketing app SeatGeek.
Essential Functions/ Major Responsibilities (in order of importance):

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work with Unify ticketing software.
- Assist fans with ticketing issues on SeatGeek app.
Requirements:
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Spanish language proficiency a huge plus
- Flexible schedule: ability to work gamedays
- Computer proficient
- Ability to learn ticketing software
- Outgoing personality
- Quick learner
- Previous ticketing experience preferred but not needed
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Customer Service
- Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish and English
