Job Summary

Responsible for generating and qualifying leads developing sales pipelines crafting tailored proposals and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets and contributing to revenue growth of the company and group companies.

Requirements

1. New Client Acquisition:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through networking market research referrals and online platforms.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a sales pipeline with a consistent flow of prospects.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals that showcase the services value proposition and tailor presentations to address potential clients specific needs and pain points.

2. Existing Client Relationship Management:

  • Client Retention: Develop strong relationships with existing clients understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing clients increasing revenue and strengthening the client relationship.
  • Client Advocacy: Cultivate client advocates willing to refer new businesses and provide positive testimonials.

3. Revenue Generation:

  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed predetermined sales targets for new business acquisition client retention and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Revenue Growth: Contribute to the companys overall revenue growth and support team.

4. Market Expansion:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new target markets assess the competition and understand trends.
  • Business Partnerships: Seek opportunities to establish partnerships with relevant organisations to expand market reach and gain access to new client segments.
  • International Business Development Opportunities: Develop opportunities to enter new international markets adapt the service offerings to local requirements and build relationships with stakeholders.

Additional Considerations for International Service Businesses:

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understand and respect cultural differences across different markets and tailor communication and business practices accordingly.
  • Language Proficiency: Possess fluency in relevant languages to communicate effectively with clients and partners in different countries - Excellent written and spoken business English
  • Microsoft & CRM database proficiency
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local regulations and ensure that the companys services comply with legal requirements in different markets
