Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

direct client Close high-value sales deals through meetings negotiations and relationship-building.

Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

Lead sales teams mentor juniors and foster a collaborative high-performance culture.

Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.

Manage client relationships end-to-end ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of overall experience in marketing/sales with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Proven track record of closing deals generating revenue and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.

Self-motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced settings and excels as a team player.

Strong skills in lead generation client networking digital marketing and CRM tools.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills; willingness to travel for client meetings.

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; MBA preferred.

Location: Mumbai (with flexibility for Delhi office collaboration).
