Key Responsibilities

- Nursing in Critical Care or Medical-Surgical Nursing (Preferred)
- Experience
- Minimum 812 years of progressive nursing experience in critical care settings
- At least 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in ICU (MICU/SICU/NICU/PICU)
- 23 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in ICU nursing management
- Experience working in high-acuity environments with exposure to complex patient populations and technology-driven care systems is highly preferred
- Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to lead mentor and manage high-performing nursing teams in fast-paced high-stress environments
- Expertise in ICU clinical protocols care bundles and quality improvement methodologies
