JOB TITLE: LABELLER OPERATOR
About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Labeller Operator to work in Thika Kenya.
Job Summary
The Labeller Operator will play a crucial role assisting in maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily machine AM activities.
This role involves being present continuously at the assigned machine/equipment and ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring machine/equipment performance and recording output on an hourly basis.
Participate in daily machine autonomous maintenance before starting shift.
Update assigned machine log sheets on hourly basis
Escalate/report to immediate supervisor on any machine breakdown.
Participate in machine breakdown analysis sessions led by the line shift team leader or Line technician.
Observe all set safety regulations for a safe working environment based on production requirements.
Liaise with the quality team to ensure production of quality products and be able to raise any non-conformance noticed during the production process
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
3 Years minimum experience in manufacturing Industries
At least 3 years of experience in a Beverage production environment is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
Strong analytical/Troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
