Job Summary

Role Purpose:
To link socks accurately and neatly to meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform linking operations efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor machine to ensure its working well.
- Inspect socks to ensure neat finishing.
- Report defects promptly.
- Meet daily linking targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.

Required Skills:

Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Powder Coating Operator or in a similar manufacturing/finishing role. Knowledge of powder coating processes equipment and quality standards. Ability to inspect components for defects and maintain high-quality standards. Familiarity with production documentation and reporting. Strong focus on safety environmental compliance and teamwork. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Required Education:
