Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure consistent communication and understanding of HR objectives.
Act as a business partner to line management improving processes workforce performance and employee morale.
Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication engagement activities union relations and labor issue management.
Oversee employee training and development programs to build capability and meet competency standards.
Administer payroll benefits and related programs ensuring accuracy compliance and employee understanding.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies covering recruitment compensation employee relations performance management and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
2. Handle all employee matters to attract develop and retain talent effectively and cost-efficiently.
3. Plan and monitor HR action plans including budgets manpower planning and employee programs aligned with company goals.
4. Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR objectives are met and maintain a positive productive work environment.
5. Lead coach and develop HR team members to build a high-performing service-oriented workforce.
6. Support performance management systems that reward achievement and address performance gaps.
7. Analyze performance results identify training needs and manage development programs and budgets.
8. Promote a culture of trust teamwork open communication and strong unionmanagement relations.
Primary Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Political Science or related field.
Minimum 7 years of HR experience including 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge across all HR functions: recruitment compensation performance and talent management succession planning and payroll.
Detail-oriented customer-focused and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
