The Role

Were looking for a proactive and hardworking Labourer to join our high-performing Plant & Tool Division. If youre someone who takes pride in keeping things organised enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing businessthis could be the opportunity youve been waiting for.
As a Labourer youll play a key role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly and safely. Youll maintain a clean and hazard-free workshop and yard prepare plant equipment for hire and support the wider team to deliver exceptional service to our customers across construction utilities and infrastructure sectors.
This is a hands-on role offering real career progression in a company that invests in its people.
About You
What Youll Be Doing
Keeping the workshop and yard clean tidy and hazard-free
Cleaning plant equipment and store it in an orderly fashion
Refuelling plant and machinery accurately updating fuel logs
Quality-checking equipment before it leaves the depot to ensure its hire-ready
Assisting with general workshop duties as required
Carrying out driving duties (subject to licence) and assisting Drivers and customers with loading and unloading vehicles
Operating forklift when necessary
What Youll Bring
Previous experience in a labourer role ideally within a hire depot or yard environment
Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues
Ability to work independently and use initiative in a busy environment
High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
CSCS card forklift licence and driving licence are advantageous
