Werelooking for a Skilled Labourer to join our team inSouthHampshire. Based out ofPortsmouthyoullbe working around South Hampshire and surrounding areas. This is a full time permanent role working39 hoursper week.

Heresthe facts about the role:

As a Skilled Laboureryoullprovide a minor skilled repairs and maintenance service to our properties. This may involve some of the following:

• Groundwork some fencing works (repairs and replacements)possible brickworkrepairsand small paving works
• Keeping sites clear of rubbish & delivering to tip/central skip
• Delivering and collecting materials from and to sites
• Occasionally small jobs of painting and decorating mouldwashesor minor brickwork repairs
• Assisting on 2 person repairs
• Occasionally working with the roofers toprovidesupport for working at heights

Youll need to have experience in a varied labouring role carrying out similar tasks to the above. You should also have a solid understanding of health and safety to ensure all work is completed safely along with the IT skills required to process jobs through a PDA complete e-learning modules and manage emails.

We do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. However due to the nature of this position the job holder must be capable of:

• Working at heights
• Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items
• A high degree of mobility which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles

A full clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBScheck.
