DescriptionAbout the Team
Renewal Services - Loss Run team is a team of 100 colleagues in Mumbai who are responsible for providing pre-renewal support to North America. The team is majorly involved in gathering Loss Runs for renewing Clients and sharing them with Servicing & Broking Teams for their internal strategy meetings and client addition to Loss Runs team does various other activities viz. Client Proposal Workbook Exposure Gathering Workbook Producer Support Experience Modification Statement of Insurance Sweep Data Quality etc. to provide support at different pre-renewal & renewal stages
Job Summary
- Interact with Insurance Carriers/ North America office counterparts on a regular basis to ensure accurate and complete documentation to support the offices in North America
- Communicate with the Client Servicing team in North America to better understand the request and comply with the requirements
- Support requests from North America offices by following the standard Operating Procedures when requesting Loss run reports from the insurance carriers as well as preparing the pre-placement documents of Client Proposal Workbook Exposure workbook & Loss run Summary
- To pay attention to detail when preparing the documentation
- Ensure adherence to compliance procedures
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
- Handle mailbox as per process and timeliness
- Working on Loss Runs requests received via Service Hub/Email
- Prioritize and organize work on daily basis as per business requirement
- Ensure adherence to compliance procedures
- Completing Mandatory training on time
- Work closely with onshore teams to ensure effective delivery of client service
- Ensure ongoing effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal - Offices/External - Carriers)
- Participate and contribute to potential process improvement areas
- Deliver as per defined Key Performance Indicator for the role - Maintain Quality Productivity Turnaround standards
