Supporting clients across Victoria Queensland and Tasmania were growing our adult steam and looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who values clinical quality flexibility and autonomy.

This role suits a clinician who enjoys assessments report writing and complex clinical reasoning and wants the freedom to manage their own caseload.

The Role

Were looking for an Occupational Therapist (Adults) who brings dedication warmth and a genuine commitment to supporting clients every step of the way. You will work with a paediatric NDIS caseload and have strong admin and clinical support to allow you to focus fully on providing the best care for your clients.

Your week will typically include:

  • 34 client-facing days
  • Protected admin time for reports and documentation
  • A flexible hybrid model: work from home if you wish with in-clinic sessions training and team events as required.

In this role you will:

  • Conduct assessments to determine clients needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Complete functional capacity and home environment assessments.
  • Work with clients to develop goals and objectives for therapy.
  • Implement therapeutic strategies to support independence in daily living.
  • Monitor clients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate clients families and support workers on adaptive equipment and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients progress and reports.

About You

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical experience (adults disability or aged care preferred).
  • Strong report writing and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with good time management.
  • NDIS screening check (or willing to obtain).
  • NDIS experience beneficial but not essential.

  • Full-time (5 days) or part-time (minimum 4 days).
