As an Automotive Sales Consultant youll play a key role in helping customers through one of their most exciting purchasesfinding the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but were happy to train the right personality with the right drive and work ethic.
What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a professional welcoming attitude
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle and budget
- Confidently present vehicle features technology and pricing options
- Coordinate and conduct test drives to enhance the customer experience
- Build long-term customer relationships using our CRM tools
- Follow up with prospects and repeat customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
What Were Looking For
- 1 year of automotive or related sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and team-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and the sales process is a plus
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
